Suzanne has developed a psychoeducational approach that aims to teach the client the CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) skills and techniques needed to help manage their lives effectively. Suzanne’s aim is to help each client to ultimately become their own therapist.

An accredited member of the IACP (Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), Suzanne has a scientific, skills based approach to Therapy. She uses CBT to help clients understand that they have the know how and ability to make lasting and effective changes to their lives.

Ursula Meehan

Ursula is an experienced art therapist who works with children, adolescents and adults. An artist herself, she comes from a strong background of art making and art facilitation. In 2008 she studied Arts and Empowerment Facilitation in Crawford College of Art and Design. Then, in 2010 she continued her studies earning a Masters of Arts in Art Therapy in 2013. She is an accredited professional member of IACAT the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists.Ursula has worked with various organisations who provide therapeutic intervention, and has over ten years experience in the fields of neurodiversity with children and adults, community mental health and psychiatry of later life. It is through her work with community family organisations that she has experience in one to one art therapy with children and adolescences.

Marius Tamosiunas

BA (Hons) Integrative Couns & Psychotherapy

Clients come to Marius looking for a therapist who is compassionate, caring, supportive and understanding because therapy should be a place you feel safe, comfortable and accepted for what you are. Marius helps his clients to identify the issue and make a therapy plan that suits their needs.

Primarily Marius works from a humanistic perspective while integrating effective approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients alleviate stress and encourage change. According to feedback, Marius tends to be a good fit for clients who would like their therapist to actively listen and gently challenge them.

Zara Conaty

Ba, PG Dip Coun & Psych; PG Dip Play Therapy; PG Dip CBT

Zara has over 10 years experience working and training in Ireland and Australia for various organisations prior to opening up a private practice.

Zara worked as a Child & Adolescent Counsellor for the CSATS (Child Sexual Abuse Therapy Service) team in Anglicare WA, Perth and as a counsellor supporting children, adolescents and adults for ARCS impacted by their experience of adoption and family separation (Adoption Research Counselling Service).

Zara has also delivered counselling support on various mental health support services for Medibank, including the National Coronavirus Mental Well-being Support Service. Zara also worked on the Beyond Blue line supporting callers around anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, intent and self harming behaviours.

Alongside her Play Therapy qualification, Zara has trained in Hakomi Psychotherapy which is a mindfulness based somatic way of working. She has trained in the Circle of Security (an evidence based attachment parenting framework) and utilises this framework when working with parents.

Anne McDonagh

MSc, Dip, MIACP.

Anne is a specialised trauma informed Adolescent counsellor and psychotherapist.

Anne has a master’s in adolescent psychotherapy and works with adolescents aged 11 -24. Anne has a personal and professional experience with neurodiversity and keen understanding of supporting a neurodivergent teenager. She is also an expert in adolescent development and the range of issues that may emerge during teenage years. Anne passionately believes in the relevance of providing support to adolescents as they navigate these very significant life stages. 

Anne works with adults and has a background in mental health, women’s issues, suicide prevention and community development. Anne Previously worked in the Kells People’s Resource centre and was clinical director of the service for over 12 years.

Anne offers face to face and online counselling . She understands the anxiety of attending a therapist for that first time and endeavours to make it as easy as possible for you to find the support you need.

Esther Gathura

Esther is a counseling psychotherapist who provides therapeutic support to adult individuals 18+ years old. Grounded in an integrative humanistic approach, she combines techniques from various therapeutic models to create a personalised experience for each client. Esther is dedicated to empowering individuals to uncover and address the root causes of their psychological and emotional challenges, her goal is to guide clients beyond survival mode, empowering them to discover and connect with their actualized selves.

Esther holds a (BSc) degree in integrative Counseling Psychotherapy and is a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). 

Esther's therapeutic practice is informed by her diverse professional background in social care having worked in areas such as autism spectrum disorders (ASD), developmental mental health, children in care and their families, as well as unaccompanied minors. This experience has broadened her ability to work with a wide range of clients and issues

Dr Louise Reilly

BA, M.Sc, DEd. Psych, C.Psychol., Ps.S.I Chartered Educational Psychologist

Dr Reilly is a Chartered Educational Psychologist with a BA, M.Sc and Doctorate in Educational Psychology (D.Ed.Psych). For over ten years she has supported children, families, schools and organisations to understand what’s happening and agree simple, workable steps that make daily life easier.

Louise believes that every child and every team deserves to be understood. When behaviour or learning is confusing, she helps get to the “why” and then turn that insight into clear actions that fit real routines.

If needed, Louise carries out assessments and then formulates a plan that works at home, in the classroom, or at work, and reviews it together so it can be adapted if things change. You will always leave with guidance you can use and share easily with schools or other supports.

Dr Leanne Gibney

B.A., M.A.Psych, D.Clin.Psych., C.Psychol., Ps.S.I.

Dr Leanne Gibney is a qualified clinical psychologist and a chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Leanne has a wealth of experience undertaking assessments and therapy with children and adolescents across a variety of clinical settings including: primary care, mental health, disabilities, and specialist trauma services. Currently, alongside her private work, Leanne works as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in Children's Health Ireland (CHI) at Crumlin, supporting children and their family during their journey with childhood cancer. Leanne provides the following assessments for children and adolescents: cognitive and adaptive functioning assessments, dyslexia and dyscalculia assessments, giftedness assessments, and assessments for ADHD.

Leanne also provides psychological interventions to children and young people in relation to the following difficulties: anxiety and low mood, panic attacks, fears and phobias, bereavement, adjusting to parental separation, trauma (e.g., road traffic accidents, frightening experiences, abuse), and children who have been adopted and fostered. Leanne is trained in a number of therapeutic models (e.g., CBT, EMDR, CFT, DDP) and will tailor interventions to meet the individual needs of each child and family.

Imani Cooney

Imani holds a BA Hons degree in early childhood education and care, as well as other various educational modalities and systems. She holds accreditation in creative mindfulness and runs various classes and training for both children,adults and parents.

Imani is a play therapist and a trainee child and adolescent creative psychotherapist.

Imani has worked with children for years in a multitude of environments, she is a foster career and works alongside children in care and their carers in other areas of the system.

Imani has a passion for attachment and early life experiences, sparked by her, working with children in care and having a micro premie baby.

Imani works humanistically and integratively and finds it important to work with the whole family. She finds this collective gives a holistic service to her clients.

Ms Olive Buckley

Alongside her BSc Hons Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy (specialising in group therapy and sexual dysfunction & abuse), Olive holds a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling; Cert in Relational Couples Therapy; Cert in Addiction Studies; CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide); Positive Behavioural Coaching and Mental Health First Aid.

Olive’s background before training as a therapist was in the disability and mental health services.

Olives primarily focus is on using a Person-Centred approach, with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Reality Therapy to help you explore your issues freely, overcome your struggles, and build resilience for your future.

Ms Debbie Heaslip

Debbie is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Debbie has worked with clients navigating a wide range of life challenges. Debbie’s approach is rooted in a humanistic perspective — she believes in meeting you where you are, valuing your unique experiences, and working collaboratively to foster growth and healing.

While her foundation is person-centred, she integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches to suit each client’s individual needs. Whether you are experiencing emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, Debbie offers a safe and supportive space to explore what’s happening for you and move towards meaningful change at your own pace.

Mr Colin Shaw

M.Sc Systemic Family Psychotherapist FTAI, ICP, EAP

Colin brings a cumulative 20 years of experience working in the healing arts. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology & Philosophy and undertook further specialist training attaining a Masters of Science Degree in Systemic (Couples and Family) Psychotherapy. 

Colin has worked across multi-various clinical and community contexts including model leading organisations ( Shine, Crosscare, Clanwilliam Institute, Genesis family Therapy Centre) , residential addiction services and private practice. Over the course of this professional journey he has integrated a broad range of evidenced based methodologies into a clinical skillset and continues to engage with the most up to date research and training in the field.
